The diffuser comes boxed with your choice of 15ml oil. Please follow instructions, start with 2-4 drops of oil and build to desired strength. Please ensure your product is cleaned regularly, there is a small dot inside the water well which can get clogged with oil if not cleaned regularly. This can be done by wiping with a wet cloth before refilling with water.
