Whether you're looking a craft lover looking to learn a new skill, or simply looking for a unique activity or something different to celebrate a special occasion, a Daisy Fresh Craft Class could be just perfect. Join us for a relaxing experience learning how to make your own luxury fragranced wooden wick candle.
This class is will be held at Cwm Farm Shop, Ynyswen Industrial Estate, Unit 14, Treorchy CF42 6EP
The class lasts two hours, during which you'll learn each step of creating a duo beautifully scented candles from Amy the owner of Daisy Fresh. Starting with learning about the different types of wax and the benefits of soy wax, you'll then explore a range of different fragrances sampling them to enable you to choose the right ones for your candles, as well as finishing your candle with an assortment of dried botanicals.
You will get hands-on as you create your candles, blending the fragrance, setting the wick and pouring the wax, you'll be guided through the process step by step, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Classes all incude a hot or cold drink and sweet treat to enjoy whilst we chat about our creations and go through any questions. This class is suitable for complete beginners to those who have dabbled at home but are keen to learn more.
You'll pick up some helpful candle care tips and advice to help you get the most out of your creation when its time to burn your candle at home. By the end of this immersive and relaxing experience, you'll have learned the fundamentals of a new craft and have created gorgeous candles to take home with you.

Our workshops are held at small independant businesses across South Wales. We have a maximum of 15 places available at each class to ensure a more personal touch and immersive learning experience. Once you have booked the address and directions will be sent to you no later than 1 week prior to the event.
